Recipe Corner: Chokladbollar

[:gb]Hejsan! Here is another treat from sweet Sweden. They really know how to whip up a delicious treat over there. [:de]Hejsan! Hier kommt eine weitere Leckerei aus dem süßen Schweden. Dort oben wissen sie wirklich wie man kleine Leckerbissen zaubert.

What you need

100g butter, room temperature
10.5 ml sugar
1 tsp vanilla suga
3 tbsp cocoa
50 ml oats
2-3 tbsp cold coffee (I left it out)
coconut flakes

Here’s how to

It’s simple: Mix it all together, form little balls and cover them in coconut flakes. Put them in the fridge after that and tadaaa you got your treat of heaven.^^

Das braucht ihr

100g Butter, Raumtemperatur
10,5 ml Zucker
1 TL Vanillezucker
3 EL Kakao
50 ml Haferflocken
2-3 EL kalter Kaffee (ich hab dies weggelassen)

So geht’s

Es ist ganz einfach: Mischt alles gut zusammen, formt kleine Bällchen daraus und rollt diese in Kokos. Danach ab in den Kühlschrank und tadaaa, fertig sind die köstlichen Leckerbissen.^^
